Minecraft Forge Frustrations. (help)

I am trying to install seven different mods and three of them require "Minecraft Forge Universal." I proceeded to install "Magic launcher" which automatically installs mods and finds any compatibility errors. I then downloaded the latest version of Minecraft Forge Universal (not the source version). Afterwards, I "added" the list of mods (including Forge) using magic launcher and I received the error "Not Compatible" for Minecraft Forge and "No Forge" for two of the three mods that need it.

What did I do wrong?!

 

Here are the mods if it helps you help me:

Pet Bat Mod 1.5.1 ----------------------------------NO FORGE

Portal Gun Mod 1.5.1 ------------------------------NO FORGE

Mod loader 1.5.1 -----------------------------------OK

Optifine 1.5.1 HD -----------------------------------OK

Toomanyitems 1.5.1 -------------------------------OK

Shelf Mod 1.5.1 -------------------------------------OK

Minecraft Forge 1.5.1-------------------------------NOT COMPATIBLE

Familiars Mod Extended FamPac 1.5.1-----OK (<--- This is one of the three that needed it.)

 

Here's the odd part, if I deselect the "Not Compatible Forge," the familiars mod then switches to "NO FORGE"... I'm confused because it obviously worked, but didn't at the same time... Please help me.

 

I'm not sure what a "ForgeModLoader-client-o.log" is, but I think this is it...?

Minecraft Forge 1.5.1-------------------------------Install First and honestly you should never need to install anything else but optifine into your jar.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

      I tried do download the essential mod to my mod pack but i didnt work. I paly on 1.21 and it should work. I use neoforge for my modding. The weird things is my friend somehow added the mod to his modpack and many others that I somehow can´t. Is there anything i can do?

      Thanks, I've now installed a slightly newer version and the server is at least starting up now.

      Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled
