Forge works on tests but not on minecraft

Okay so i have mineshafter and reg minecraft (Im not premium) and mcpatcher

i used mcpatcher the first time and forge worked (In the test minecraft part of mcpatcher)

then i tried actual minecraft it didnt work it just crashes or black screen, same with mineshafter

i tried installing it manually with a lot of different tutorials but none of then worked in mc or mineshafter. heres the crash report
