Which is the part you don't understand? For a general overview of the process, I'm sure there are numerous online sources, which is why we prefer specific questions or clarifications here.

 

Edit: I just realized this is in the wrong Forum. You should be posting modding help requests in the Modder Support forum, not the Suggestions one. Suggestions is for new Forge features.
