Need some help with FML.

When i try to join my minecraft server i get this message "You do not have FML installed, you cannot connect to this server." Does anyone know what i should do!? Thanks for helping if u can.... :(

 

Install Forge or FML...

Really.. really dude?

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
