"mods.toml missing metadeta for modid examplemod" and "\Desktop\UltimaMod\build\recourses\main has mods that were not found"

While attempting to make a mod for 1.15.1 with IntelliJ, I stumbled upon two errors while attempting to load up Minecraft. The first one being "mods.toml missing metadeta for modid examplemod", and the second one being "The Mod File C:\Users\[my name]\Desktop\UltimaMod\build\resources\main has mods that were not found".

What exactly is the problem here, and how do I fix this?

You have an @mod annotation somewhere with the id "examplemod". Remove it.
