Technic Launcher Loading Troubles

My man and I have been playing rlcraft version 1.12.2 we have added some mods ourselves and every time we open a new world it automatically goes to the dirt screen and says “shutting down internal server”

 

we’ve been trying to work on the issues hand shake issues ect. So far nothing, any advice will be grateful!!
