Hi Team,

 

Looking at these requests and the time it must take the moderators and support to close off requests for unsupported versions, maybe pin underneath the "Read First..." title that they probable don't read and can't be bothered to read the Link above, simply have the title that is always number #2: 

"We don't support versions before 1.14 - so don't post support requests here - they will be ignored"
