Modpack won't Launch For Some

Greeting, I am using a modpack (HERE) to play with my friends. [1.10.2]

Some of my friends are encountering errors on modpack load where it will just close the client and take them back to the Technic Launcher.

This is happening for some people but not all, so we are quite confused as how to approach this.

I am going to attach two files, one will be my log (a successful load) and a friends log (an unsuccessful load)
