Error: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: EMPTY in 1.12.2

So i made a modpack for 1.12.2 but i keep getting the error: Error: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: EMPTY

I can't figure out what causes the error.

NOTE: I already tried to disabling foamfix.

1.12.2 is no longer supported, you will need to update to a modern version to receive support.
