This screen appeared every time I opened any version of Forge. It showed the Mojang loading screen and then this, and then back to the loading screen. Can you please help me fix this?

Mojang Launcher: When using the Mojang launcher debug.log is found in .minecraft\logs.

Curse/Overwolf: If you are using the Curse Launcher, their configurations break Forge's log settings, fortunately there is an easier workaround than I originally thought, this works even with Curse's installation of the Minecraft launcher as long as it is not launched THROUGH Twitch:

What mods do you have installed?

Either there's an issue with a mod's config file or an issue with a mod's mods.toml file or an issue in the toml parsing library that forge uses.

Try deleting your config folder from .minecraft

  We need more info to help: where did you place the texture file, what have you tried, are there any errors? Is the problem that the item is black-pink checkered, meaning the texture is missing, or something else?
