forge31.1.0 not working

I just installed forgge using the twitch laucnher, using minecraft version 1.15.2 and forge version 31.1.0

each time, I get the same error in log output

I'm using the twitch launcher, here's the list of mods that I'm tryingg to use (it's in french)

and when launching the game, it opens the "regular" launcher, like it's always done

That's what I suspected, in the modpack screen click the gear and try repairing the profile

I have exactly the same issue you're having. Not sure what's going on but it appears that we're not getting the forge client file upon installation of the pack. I guess my computer could be deleting it automatically somehow? I'm going to try downloading the forge files manually...

Note that because of the way Twitch works, downloading Forge manually will not fix the issue unless you launch the Twitch pack without using Twitch. (See the video in my signature)

I am having the same issue and I have tried the solution that has been suggested in this thread and it has not worked.
Edit: I am going to try the bypass that is in your video until this issue is solved.

Just a heads up that I managed to solve it but I basically replaced the entire libraries folder with a working copy. Not really a solution that's tackling the issue, just one that's tackling the symptoms so to speak. Basically my install is now a Frankenstein of files.
