Mods rejection fml

Im currently trying to play some old mods on my own minecraft server with my friends, i sert ecerything up, but my first issue is that i cant reach the server from my ip, and the second error is the mod rejection, i dont know what to do or how to fix this, best would be some kind of discord screensharing if possible
