How efficient forge is?

well, this could be a silly question, but I want to know how efficient forge is,

as many people know, installing forge makes Minecraft loading(Mojang logo on white screen) longer, even if no mods are installed.

I also want to know how efficient mods are.

Forge still has to do work even without any mods installed.

Arguments about efficiency are rarely fruitful, a few extra seconds of loading for hours of extra content shouldn't be a dealbreaker.

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

This is so true. I dont know why people are so lazy to get some mods to install, its so easy and make the game much better
