Need Help, Just Installed Forge and have a strange bug!

Hey Guys,

 

New to forge but was interested in a furniture mod for my server, so I added the furinture mod to my client plus the server and all was working great until I loaded into single player / multiplayer, I can see everything around me tree's etc, although I can't see animails, my fist, chests anything, I can break blocks but don't see what I'm holding or see the breaking animation for said blocks, I'm really confused and wondering if anyone knows the fix!
