When I click play in the MC launcher, it immediately gives a 'Game Crashed' screen, and when I checked the log, this is what I found. I've tried searching 'dep' but couldn't find anything, and I tried searching for this issue on this platform, but in that instance, the "Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Invalid contained dep, Must be jar: " was "Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Invalid contained dep, Missing from jar: mp3spi1.9.5.jar". If anyone can help me figure this out, I'd be more than grateful.
