unpacking packed files akka-actor

Hello I'm trying to install forge server 1.12.2 but the download stalled on unpacking packed files akka-actor_2.11-2.3.3.jar.pack.xz.

Please help me

1.12 is no longer supported on these forums due to age.

Please update to a modern version to receive support here.

Only if you update to a modern version, there is just not enough resources to support old versions. Once a moderator sees this thread, it will get locked. If you can not/will not update, you will have to look for help elsewhere.
