Problem with the shelving unit (PO3)

I am playing project ozone 3, and I was moving my stuff from the bottom layer of my base to the top layer, and miss-clicked a cardboard box onto a shelving unit. I lost everything in the shelving unit. Does anyone know if there is either a way to get my stuff back, or a way to revert to a backup?
