Server Boot Problem!!!

This is what it says when i try and start, i have java 8 64 bit installed and i dont know what else to do, plz help!!!!!

im not sure if this counts as a log or debug log so if it isnt im sorry but this is what comes up when i run the bat file to my forge universal jar file. i have done research and most things say it is with your java type and that it has to be below 9, mine is and its 8 64bit. other people say run from your installer, i honestly dont know what they mean by that but im assuming its the forge universal jar file again, but that itself wont load. i click it and it has a loading symbol over my mouse for half a second and then doesnt even load. i have mods like galacticraft in my mods folder and i dont know if that is affecting it too. Ive tried everything and would really appreciate help. If this isnt the log or debug log please just respond and tell me how so i can give it to you. thanks

also my non forge minecraft server jar file runs completley fine its just the forge one that doesnt seem to work.
