Error with Forge Installation

Now, I know forge 1.12.2 support is not provided anymore but this issue regards other versions too so please keep reading.

 

I installed 1.13.1 and 1.15 Forge versions without any problems but when I tried to install the 1.12.2 it gave this error https://i.gyazo.com/499d5bb49a8197bca8fd897fd340e4be.png

I've tried it everything even the answers posted in this forum but nothing works, I've been trying to solve this error for 6 hours straight, even reinstalling windows multiple times in different drives so please help me if you can I'm desperate and I don't know what else I can do, I can offer you money If you help me to solve this issue, please.

1.12 is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.
