Cannot download Scala-library.jar manually. Is there an alternate link for this?

I have just installed minecraft 1.5.1 recently. I have no mods and am hoping to install minecraft forge properly.

There was an error similar to other threads here but none of them helped me fix my problem. :(

I've downloaded 5 other files that needed to be downloaded manually as well. All worked except the scala file. These were argo-small-3.2.jar, asm-all-4.1.jar, bcprov-jdk15on-148.jar, deobfuscation_data_1.5.1.zip, and guava-14.0-rc3.jar.

I tried downloading the file using internet explorer, google chrome, and forge downloader but all stopped somewhere between 1.6mb to 1.7mb of the 6.8mb file.

Another thing, recently FML setup (before launching minecraft) launches minecraft successfully after downloading scala-library.jar file but there is a problem. It needs to download the file EVERYTIME it launches. :(

What i'm thinking about is that if i could place a copy of a correct scala-library.jar file in the lib folder, it doesn't need to download it anymore.

I don't have internet all the time for me to download the file everytime I play/launch minecraft. :(

How do I fix this? thanks  :)
