launcher cant load any version of forge (only1.15 +)

So its is hapening long. Always when i try launch forge in version 1.12.2 it says game crashed but before, I did everything the same and it worked. I turned on function that does that log open always when game starts but when i try to start game game crash and log is empty. But when i try to start 1.15.2 (instaled same as 1.12.2) it work.   I noticed that instaled 1.12.2 file in .minecraft/versions doesnt have .jar file but 1.15.2 file and all others have .jar file. I re-instaled minecraft and forge multiple times.

1.12 is no longer supported due to age.

Please update to a modern version to receive support.
