Minecraft Is Crashing with no error message

Hello guys i am new here! Just wanted some help cause while i am ingame my whole screen just lags and i have to restart my game so it fix again. What could i do to fix this?

 

Whilst im here i also created a new minecraft server so join and check us out! It is Factions/Pvp/Mcmmo 1.8-1.12.2 Versions

Please post logs as described in the EAQ, more info is needed

Also please keep in mind versions below 1.14.4 are no longer supported due to age.

What do you mean that 1.12.2 server are not good?

Just no longer supported anymore. If you want to use it, there's no rule against it, but if you have problems, it is no longer supported. Read the LTS link at the top of every page, it gives more information on supported versions.
