Minecraft keeps crashing due to Unknown mod.

So, I'm currently working on making a modpack for me and my friends to goof around with. I have all the mods I want, and when I try to boot up the game properly for the first time, I get a crash report due to an unknown mod.

1.12 is no longer supported due to age.

Please update to a modern (1.14.4/1.15.2) version to receive support.
