Client values on config file different than server.

So I'm trying to setup a forge minecraft server for me and my friends. I found a really cool modpack with a server pack. I have to the server all set up and I go to join through the correct forge version and it says connection failed to server due to a config value. I cannot find where I'm supposed to change this value on my roaming files. Would like some help with where I'm supposed to access/sync the server with my client files. Cannot attach error message for some reason but here it is word for word.

"ERRROR: The config value "integration.enable.ActuallyAdditions" has different values on the server you are connecting to than in your local installation. As this value influences how the game is started up, it is now too late to use the server-side value. Continuing is not possible. To fix this l, manually synchronize the server and client configurations files, or set value to "false" manually."

I would like to know where to find the value to set it to false.

I have tried to add the debug.log, latest.log, and latest client log. But every time I try the upload fails when attaching to the post. Error -200. I cant seem to find a error list for these forums. Would you happen to know what that error is about?
