multicraft servers all crashing on start up

Im new to running servers with multicraft and ive spent the last 24 hours trying to get help from them to fix the server start up crashes but im getting nowhere as they have repeatedly sent me to faqs and information pages which are not helping. 

 

i choose to run server through forge modded and then chose a modpack from their list and then run server. the first time i did this everything loaded up great and we played for 24 hours. then i tried to change to a new modpack yesterday and since then every single pack i choose thats forge modded fails to start. ive tried a bedrock server just to clarify its just the forge ones and bedrocks starts ok. but obviously thats not what i want!

 

im hoping if i pop the server logs here from one of the start ups, someone might be able to shed some light on this issue and tell me if the problem is my end or the hosting servers?

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
