Install Problem

I play minecraft on a mac,and I was trying to update Forge. After i installed, this image came up came up. How do I fix this?

And now it says something about an upload path when i try to upload the image of the error report! 

 

It says:

Forge Mod Loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation

I don't understand. I have the latest version of Forge, is this something else?

You obviously dont have the latest version if itsays you dont ahve 699+ as the latest versions are in the 90's

Logs, show me logs.
