How would I do this?

If I need to override the crafting table with a special one, how would I override?

If you are trying to add a recipe to the recipe book, then you need to create a recipe advancement which gives the player the recipe in the recipe book. You can do this with a simple json file, look for the vanilla jsons as a template

When I try something like enchanted_lava_bucket.json,

It does not exactly work the recipe ignores the count.

So I'm wondering if I have to override the crafting table.
