Java FML 31

I was trying to load a mod, and i was using the latest forge mod loader. When I tried to load the mod, i recieved the error message that my fml version was 29 and i required 31. i was on the lates forge version. what happend?

If you click the Files link at the top of the page, the latest version is literally right there in front of you.

Like i said in the origional post, i downloaded the latest version of forge's official site.

You have 1.15, 1.15.2 is the latest.

tried downloading 1.15.2, but the installer wont open. so cant install the 1.15.2 forge version. why is this?

game changed the way you create foods.
for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
