1.12 is no longer supported due to age.

Please update to a modern (1.14.4/1.15.2) version to receive support.

but in 1.15.2 is not much mods 

Check the mods compatability for quark integration with tinker construct. They might not be able to work together. Try running them both independently.

Also, Ugdhar I am pretty sure they stopped supporting coding help for 1.12.2. Some people just need help with installing mods.

Nope, it is all support, if it's before 1.14.4, there is no support here regardless of what it is for. There are just too many versions, and a choice had to be made what to support, and the current and previous versions are what was chosen to be supported.
