Initalization error

I have an init error when I boot up the game, I'm not sure which mod causes it. I had this before too but I think it went away after updating forge. Now I'm running that same version of forge so I'm afraid it  might be a forge issue?

I'm not sure, best I could think of would be to update mods that have updates since you're using the absolute latest forge.

I am using the latest forge, https://pastebin.com/NWYM21Jk has my latest latest.log and Crash report 

I changed my twitch launcher to accept Beta's to see if that helped so some of the mods have newer beta versions now.
