I am on xbox one, and i want to play with someone on playstation. The friend I wanna play with said my gamertag won't pop up when they search for it in the "Find Cross-Platform Friends" option. So I wanted to search for theirs, but I don't have that option anywhere, I was told it was in the Friends tab. Can someone help?
