[1.15.2] How to add item tooltips from lang json's

Hi,

I overrided the addinformation class and I got that

    @Override
    public void addInformation(ItemStack stack, @Nullable World worldIn, List<ITextComponent> tooltip, ITooltipFlag flagIn)
    {
        tooltip.add(??);
    }

 

How do I make an ITextCompent taking text from the right lang json ?
