Minecraft modded server crash

Hey guys, so here's the issue: I'm trying to run a 1.7.10 minecraft modded server but it crashes at the starting. I fixed a loit of crashing servers but this time I couldn't spot the issue

1.7.10 is no longer supported on this forum. Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.
