No, I want to create my own. Wurst client is run on Fabric API and ForgeWurst is not available for 1.15 (Plus I don't understand a thing they say)

Let him be, he probably just watched the FitMC video on combat and thought it would be cool to make his own client.

Anyway, in theory it looks pretty simple. I'd look at how the game handles player attacks and combine that with something like World#getClosestEntity.
