Mods That Have been deleted are still running.

So basically my friend has searched his entire pc for a mods folder and found nothing but when he runs forge, mods he previously had on his pc (now deleted) are loaded in and ran. Is there anyway to fix this?

Post his debug.log, it will show where they are being loaded from

Well, I don't think that's the full log, but it's for 1.12.2, which is no longer supported due to age.
