Dynamic Lights do not work. If I drop an item that glows (ie, glowstone) the item itself will glow but the ground around it does not. If I hold an item in my hand that would illuminate the area around me, it only does so in the immediate area I HIT with the item (If I hit the ground with a torch, it lights that spot perpetually as if I had placed it). If I run it by itself, it's fine. Is this a low FPS issue, or an issue with one of my mods? I am running mods through Twich App, 1.12.2. I have the following:
