I have downloaded the files for Forge in a.jar format, but I can not find the install option. I have unzipped and extracted the files and still nothing....

What am I missing or doing wrong?

    Run the jar, don't extract it. 

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
