Building a server with mods. Have few questions!

Hi, 

1. I have 1.13.2 files currently.. Is it worth to switch 1.15.2? Is it better optimize server files?

2. Do we have any map converter from 1.13.2 to 1.15.2?

3. Is there available mod like Industrial Craft 2 for 1.15.2? If it's not then do we know when it will be?

4. What is best way to store accounts between switching versions?

5. Do we have a tool which will pre-render chunks and save them to avoid high CPU usage when players discovering new areas?

6. Do we have a texture pack or mods (idk how it's called) to have a realistic graphics in-game?

 

I want to do a server with few interesting mods where my friends can have fun and DIG!

Can you recommend some mods? and why?

 

My goal always was a server with Industrial Craft machines and logistic pipes that's gives a lot of possibilities, but I can't find any on new version.
