Looks like One of your mods is not dedicated server comptible. It's referencing the Integrated server, which only exists on the client.

If I had to guess, because it is the mod with the 'errored' state, It's MoreHealth

Hm, strange. Loads without it, although the mod creator stated its SSP and SMP compatible I'll give it a look into.
