when i download mods for my forge it is in internet explorer

well now its just a java logo thing put nothing is happening idk how to fix

Please describe your problem more than "nothing is happening".

What are you doing, and what do you expect to happen? What happens when you start the game? Do you get an error during loading, or is it just the mod not loading?
