I cannot get any mods to work at all as i have never done this before. I am trying to install a player tracker mod for 1.14.4 and i have the latest forge version for 1.14.4. I have put the .jar file in the mods folder in .minecraft but when loading the game it says that the file is not valid. I am pretty sure that it is as i got it from curseforge. If anyone could be of assistance in getting this to work that would be great.

Please post your debug.log from the logs folder in your .minecraft folder. This should give more information on what is wrong.

The file may be large, so you might have to post it on an external site and link to it here (github gists are good)
