Forge 1.16.1 not working on multiplayer

I'm trying to connect to a server, and I can load in, but as soon as I start walking around I time out. Whenever I join, I the server gets these error messages:

 

[Netty Server ID #21/ERROR] [minecraft/ArgumentTypes]: Could not serialize net.minecraftforge.server.command.EnumArgument@42d113d9 (class net.minecraftforge.server.command.EnumArgument) - will not be sent to the client!

 

as well as

 

[Netty Server ID #21/ERROR] [minecraft/ArgumentTypes]: Could not serialize com.ldtteam.structurize.commands.arguments.Multiple.StringArgument@1d4446c) (class com.ldtteam.structurize.commands.arguments.MultipleStringArgument) - will not be sent to client!

 

I've checked our forge versions and they match up, Ive reinstalled forge and minecraft, Ive made sure every mod matches exactly what the server has. Not really sure where to go from here

Those messages shouldn't have anything to do with you timing out, can you provide debug.log for both client and server using one of the sites in the "Logs" section of my signature below

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.
