Does anyone know how I could use onRightClick to toggle flight while an item is equipped in the main hand?

When you right click with the item you gain the ability to fly like in creative mode, and if you right click again you lose the ability.

That's "flight" not "flint."

You'll want to ignore the elytra-mimics, as the solution there is vastly different.
