today i started modifying minecraft by watching a tutorial and (and knowing that the documentation exists :)) but there is a step that even in the "readme tutorial" is empty: step 2.3. And in this specific version there is no eclipse folder for launche, so I don't know how to open the file in eclipse in the most correct way.

1.12 is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
