Can you get the click event and value of chat messages sent by the server?

eg on hypixel if you click on someone's name in chat you go to their social menu. Is it possible to get the command used from the click?

    Chat supports hyperlinks, so they've probably hooked into that.

    Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

    I know they use commands, but I want to be able to get the command from the chat message. 

     

    When I say social menu, it's an in game menu so it isn't a hyperlink

    Hi, just saw this and I'm attempting to run a command or open a GUI on click after a middle mouse button on a username in chat. What do you mean by these handlers?
