I am playing minecraft version 1.16.1 and forge with mods both are up to date but recently when I try to load a world minecraft freezes and the page say not responding I've tried everything to fix this so now I'm here there is no crash report because it not crashing it's just stuck at the not responding page when I try to load a world

Delete C:\Users\lexan\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves\World #9593-IW19\serverconfig\goprone-server.toml and let it regenerate.

In addition, smooth scrolling everywhere is horribly broken, remove it.

so after deleting it just reload minecraft or wait

it still says not responding i removed both goprone and smooth scrolling

Try removing creativecore and all mods that require it
