How to detect if a key is pressed?

First of all, I noticed that Screen (probably not that) doens't have a #isShiftKeyDown function, I just wanted to detect if it's pressed but I didn't find any workaround, can someone help me here? Here's what I am trying to do :

@OnlyIn(Dist.CLIENT)
	@Override
	public void addInformation(ItemStack stack, @Nullable World worldIn, List<ITextComponent> tooltip, ITooltipFlag flagIn) {
		if (/*detect shift*/) {
			float hearts = healAmount/2;
			if (hearts % 1.0 == 0)
				tooltip.add(new StringTextComponent(TextFormatting.BLUE + "Heal Amount: " + (int)hearts + " Hearts"));
			else
				tooltip.add(new StringTextComponent(TextFormatting.BLUE + "Heal Amount: " + hearts + " Hearts"));
	}
}
