Server crashed (help pls :c)

I'm new, trying to play with some friends in a dedicated server. We´re on 1.16.3 version but everyday the server crash and I don´t know how to fix it...please any help would be appreciate i'm desperate :c

Try removing Voxelmap.

Next time please provided the whole log and use a paste site like my signature asks.

I just deleted the Voxelmap but the Server crashed again when I went to a place, the same place that I was when the server crashed before. If someone goes there the server crashes.
