Yesterday I connected to a friend's server with no problem, now I get this

 

"Must have Forge build #136+ (4096 fix) to connect to this server."

 

as far as I can tell, my friend hadn't changed anything with his server. Do I need to download Forge again or wait for a patch? Please help.
