January 12, 20214 yr The download site has been up for quite a while, if you're getting errors then its on your end and you need to actually post those errors if you want any help. I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. Consider supporting the team on Patreon

January 15, 20214 yr No, you should always download Forge from our site: https://files.minecraftforge.net/ If its down for you then it's something on your end. As its been running just fine.
